The Ceremony of the 77th Indonesian Anniversary: 44 Civil Servants Received Satyalancana Karya Satya from President Joko
A total of 44 Civil Servants (PNS) under the auspices of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbud-Ristek) in the Lhokseumawe State Polytechnic (PNL) work unit received the Satyalancana Karya Satya Award for working periods of 30 years, 20 years and 10 years from President of the Republic of Indonesia Ir. H. Joko “Jokowi” Widodo.
The Satyalancana Karya Satya Award was handed over by the Director of PNL Ir. Rizal Syahyadi, ST., M.Eng.Sc. in a series of commemorations of the 77th Republic of Indonesia Anniversary which was held in the courtyard of the PNL Administrative Central Office (KPA) building located in Buketrata Lhokseuamwe, Wednesday (17/08/2022).
"Please extend your congratulations to the 44 PNL civil servants who received the Satyalancana Karya Satya for service of 30, 20, and 10 years. This is a token of the government's appreciation for their commitment, composure, and lack of receiving any type of punishment while working as civil servants "the PNL Director stated.
On that occasion, the Director of PNL, who presided over the ceremony, read the remarks made by Nadiem Anwar Makarim, B.A., M.B.A., Minister of Education, Culture, and Research and Technology, in which he said that on the 77th anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia, he invited everyone with courage, with the spirit to recover quicker and rise stronger. in keeping with the 77th anniversary of Indonesia's independence's theme, "Recovering Faster, Rising Stronger." Therefore, the logo for Indonesian Independence Day 2022 this year features the number 77, which symbolizes the optimism of a young, developing country.
The minister also spoke about how the world has been inspired by the freedom to Learn (Merdeka Belajar). Additionally, numerous other innovations have been introduced to help all children feel true independence as Pancasila students in order to achieve the Freedom to Learn.
On that occasion, the Director of PNL, who has been in charge of PNL for three years and four months, apologized if his leadership still had many flaws in front of the academic community participating the flag ceremony.
"We apologize if there isn't enough leadership. I'm dedicated to improving this campus, and so is management. PNL currently has 28 study programs available. The Chemistry Department is currently working on a new master's degree, and the Professional Engineer Program is also being prepared "
The PNL director was dressed modestly in traditional Acehnese attire, which he claimed to have been required to wear by the Ministry during the Indonesian Independence Day ceremony. Additionally, he had time to remind personnel to dress in Korpri uniform while participating in the Independence Day ceremony
"I'm required to dress traditionally today. In the meantime, both government employees and temporary workers dress in Korpri. "Rizal Syahyadi said.
In relation to the conferral of Satyalancana Karya Satya awards, Ir. Muhammad Hatta, S.ST.,M.T., the coordinator of PR and Cooperation of PNL, stated that Presidential Decree No. 7/TK/2022 is the legal basis for the rewards that President Jokowi bestows upon PNL civil servants.
"That is the basis of the President's decision, given to civil servants who have met the terms and conditions related to the period of service," Hatta concluded.
