241 Students Graduated Cum Laude at the 2022 PNL Graduation Ceremony
Lhokseumawe - Lhokseumawe State Polytechnic (PNL) graduated from the Applied Undergraduate Program and the Diploma III Program in 2022. On Saturday (22/10/2022), the graduation procession took place at the local Auditorium Building and lasted two sessions (morning and afternoon).
PNL reported 993 graduates who successfully completed their studies. A total of 241 of them won the Cum Laude predicate. While others are based on very satisfying and satisfying.
According to the Director of the Lhokseumawe State Polytechnic (PNL), Ir. Rizal Syahyadi, ST. M.Eng.Sc, this graduate is a manifestation and form of PNL's responsibility to the Indonesian nation and state, as well as a manifestation of PNL's leading work in welcoming the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0.
"At the age of 35, PNL has inaugurated as many as 22,641 graduates who currently have filled professional and strategic positions in various government and private institutions, and in national, multi-national, and international scale industries as well as becoming well-known entrepreneurs in the world. At the conclusion of his speech, Rizal Syahyadi also discussed accomplishments for 2022 in the areas of the trinity of higher education, collaboration, and achievements, including sending students abroad for study and internships, developing and expanding campus land, obtaining patents, becoming a partner for SMK PK, and adding new study programs and upgrading existing ones. The development of the Applied Islamic Finance Master's Degree Study Program and the transition from the Diploma III Study Program to the Applied Undergraduate Program.
Meanwhile, Vice Director I for Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, and Alumni Ir. Zamzami, ST. M.Eng said there were 993 graduates of the 35th batch this year, consisting of 925 graduates of the 2021/2022 Academic Year (TA) and 68 graduates of the 2020/2021 FY. Of the 925 graduates of FY 2021/2022, 421 graduates of the Applied Undergraduate Program and 504 graduates of the Diploma Three Program spread across 6 Departments and 22 Study Programs in the PNL Environment.
"There are 122 Chemical Engineering graduates, 204 Electrical Engineering graduates, 137 Mechanical Engineering graduates, 257 Business Administration graduates, 97 Information and Computer Technology graduates, and 108 Civil Engineering graduates," he explained.
Zamzami added that 241 graduates with cum laude predicate = 26.05%. Passed with the Predicate of Very Satisfactory totaling 604 people = 65.30%. Passing with the Predicate of Satisfactory amounted to 69 people = 7.46% and with the Predicate of Passing 11 people = 1.19%.
Zamzami closed, at this graduation ceremony, each graduate was immediately handed over a diploma and original transcript in Indonesian and English.
